Rotterdam/Trondheim Collective

​Inspired by his residency in Trondheim, dutch saxophonist Jesse Schilderink founded the Rotterdam/Trondheim Collective in 2017. The band is a fruitful collaboration between the Dutch and Norwegian jazz scene and their young generation of musicians. Playing compositions of each other, makes for an interesting and fresh sound, mixing together the norwegian lyricalness with the dutch power and energy. Rotterdam/Trondheim Collective recorded an album in autumn 2021, following a release tour in Europe autumn 2023.
